BDI3000 Firmware PPC4xx

Does anyone have the firmware for the PPC4xx for an Abatron BDI3000? I can't find it online, Abatron no longer provides support, and it's not on my CD (I have the COP version) so if anyone has a copy it would be greatly appreciated.
