Pmod BLE Module with MCU

Hello everyone! Does the Pmod BLE Module from Digilent work with Arduino/MSP430 or any other MCU? If I need a bluetooth project involving an FPGA project on the one hand and a MCU on the other hand, is it possible to use two Pmod BLE Modules ?
