Renesas HS8/2134A locked

Hi guys just wondering if anyone can help us out with this issues
got the following chip it working for now
but i like to do a backup file of it
but its  not unlocked


would glitching help and bypass the protection so i can copy it

anyone know of a programmer that can read this type of locked chips
and recommend one to us.
