It has been quite a while since I fooled around with one of these Black Pill boards, and I couldn't remember how I got them working under the Arduino IDE. I figured it out again, and made some notes for myself. I have attached a PDF, as others may find this useful. Most of you already know this, or you don't use Arduino. Some probably program the chips with tiny tweezers to flip the bits
The instructions are for Windows. Other STM32 boards should require a similar process to get them working in the Arduino IDE (version 2, now).
