uPSD33xx security bit set

Does anybody have some experience/ knowledge about side channel attacks (e.g. glitching etc) of the STI uPSD33xx (8051) MCU's?

I am trying to debug some firmware, do not have the source code, and the UPSD3354DV MCU has a security bit set, which prevents debugging Flash memory access.
