No, I haven't done anything with this after I used it to reprogram the Microcontroller that lost its programming.

Long time ago I used those uCs , IIRC you could always place an external eprom since the address and databus are multiplexed. The uCs without internal memory are also easier to find and you can even use a parallel flash e2prom.

As mentioned earlier, this doesn't work for the 8041/8042, which is what this thread is about.
