STLINK V2 and V3 debuggers are on a 1 year lead time
peter-h:
This is crazy. They don't even contain an ST CPU.
And a few months ago they were plentiful.

They do contain an STM32Fxxx MCU (STM32F103 for the V2, some higher end H7 afair for the V3)
A cheap source for them are the nucleo32 boards, these provide you with a detachable ST-Link V2.1 and cost even less than a genuine ST-Link V2
SiliconWizard:
Yes - just know that the ST-Link on Nucleo board do not have level shifters, so you are stuck with 3.3V (AFAIR.) But if your designs are on 3.3V only, they are plenty fine.
peter-h:
Unbelievable. So people are buying up these things, at 20 quid in 100+, and unsoldering the CPUs.
SiliconWizard:
Things are getting pretty much as in wartime.
