STLINK-V3MINI VCP pins

Before I get it backwards, and while I'm sure this is not a typo. (picture below)

Can someone please just confirm T_VCP_RX is actually the STLINK TX line - by it's type as Output.?

I really wish they would just do it from the device looking outwards then it would always be TX to RX and I'd never again have to check my sanity.
