There is also the PUYA <10c ARM ICs as well: https://www.lcsc.com/product-detail/Microcontroller-Units-MCUs-MPUs-SOCs_PUYA-PY32F002AA15M6TU_C5292058.html
FYI... PY32F002Ax5 actually have 32 KB of flash and 4KB of RAM available. (They are, in good chance, PY32F030 parts remarked as PY32F002A for inventory reasons.)
piotr_go of elektroda found the bonus resources on his PY32F002AA15M6TU. Last weekend I tested the newly bought PY32F002AF15P (TSSOP20 package), also confirmed the existence of 32KF, 4KR, PLL and DMA.

Interesting! Can be programmed with STlink or use some special flash algorithm?

Partly yes, JLink and DAPLink(PyOCD) work, but STLink not.

ST-LINK v2 converted to J-Link. Just put Vendor="ST" in "JLinkDevices.xml"  >:D
