STM32f4xx Reading/Writing data to flash

I am new to the forum, and sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question. I have recently started using STM32f407 board and i can't find a proper example on reading/writing data into flash memory?
And does someone know a good online course or tutorial about programming STM32f4 boards with CubeMX and IAR IDE?

The "mastering STM32" book is based on cube and I found it useful to learn my way around the HAL and the various features of the chip.
