Cloning 68HC705B16; pin #36 error.

Trying to clone said micro, and my Dataman programmer gives me an insertion error of bad contact on pin #36. Tried 2 different fully functioning examples, both same issues. PLCC52 package.

I put in a blank, reads empty memory.

Am I missing something here? Am I running into data protection?
