I am posting this message here despite it being test equipment related.  My 8568b Spectrum analyzer has a fault that prevents the keyboard being operated. After power on it does its usual boot but then looks like it fails to totally load the defaults correctly. The front panel should have a row  of led's light to show it has selected various automatic measuring options, but these never light. It Has had the ROMS and CPU board replaced along with keyboard controller. It definitely doe not have a stuck key, all the supplies are good.
Has anyone got any more ideas?
