I found this IC in a spycam, I already searched it on Google and Bing but didn't find anything about it. I thing it is a microcontroller, but I don't know.

If it's the only (significant) chip, then it's probably some kind of SoC that runs the software of the camera, with interfaces for the camera sensor, microphone, and communication.
Sometimes it's impossible to find information because they may be custom designed by the manufacturer of the camera, or just some really obscure part that doesn't really see the light of day from a design perspective outside of the country or region where the camera is designed.
If nothing shows up in a search of various datasheet websites, I'd probably just cut my losses. You could end up spending a lot of time trying to track it down and never find it.

I wanted to "reverse engineer" the camera, but that chip ruined my plan. The spycam is Chinese, but I'm not willing to look for forums in Chinese.

If you can download a firmware image from the vendor, passing it to binwalk can tell you a lot about what that chip may be.
