What is PS7 SPi ? How it differs from standard SPI?
« on: August 27, 2018, 09:57:08 am »
Hello All,

I have just look at Analog devices for interfacing Wideband receiver with FPGA. They were talking about PS7 SPI to configure AD9361. I am curious to know how it differs from standard SPI and any FPGA comes with this IP.. Please share your knowldge if anyone came across this...

Thanks,
Sangar

googling "PS7 SPI" returns a bunch of links where the FPGA is a Zynq and PS7 may refer to "processor Subsystem 7" so a peripheral specific to the zynq
