Applied Microsystems CodeICE 020

hi
it's an hw debugger for MC68020, I got a special offer (200USD shipped) but just for the hw, I do not know anything about the software it requires to work, I know this equipment has an AUI/LAN port and a serial, so the protocol goes through the lan, which is good and HOST independent!

Is there anyone experienced with these debuggers ?
