"cheap" Multi WAN Box who send 1 Packet truth all WAN Interfaces?

I looking for a "Cheap" Router who can send 1 Packed over all WAN Interface and on the other end the Same Router pick that Package who arrive first and the other "copys" get troth away. The simple reason is I want pust a Live Video Stream truth all Cell Phone Company (3 in total).
I talked to them and the dont offer me a Guaranteed Uplink and for Sat I am not insane and Rich enough. Sadly when I am Abroad from Home Hotels and so have normally not the Bandwith for.
