Router to remotely manage multiple VOIP calls

I'm going to get 2.5 FTTH fiber connection at home and I'm going to buy a router to make it works with my provider's ONT. I want to keep using my landline phone so I've to get a router with VOIP port AFAIK.
Due to my family needs, eg. who lives distant from home to work or study, I want to know if it's possible to use a router this way: I call my daughter from my landline phone connected to my new router via VOIP port and, at the same time, my son that lives distant can participate to our call by his smartphone. Let's define all that a "collective call" where people can interact one to each other ones.

Does a such kind of router exist? Anyway I guess it will be necessary to configure all smartphones in the right way other than the new router itself.

That would be a VoIP-ATA with an FXO port integrated into the router. Some better consumer routers (e.g. Fritzbox) or SOHO routers come with FXO ports and the VoIP PBX capabilties needed for conference calls. An alternative solution could be a router supported by OpenWrt or a PC running OPNsense, installing asterisk, and using a stand-alone VoIP-ATA for the old telephone. It won't be plug and play.

Indeed AVM Fritz!Box 4050 router would be my choice for now, I just didn't know if it can do the job. If you (or anyone else) could confirm its... FXO port and the VoIP PBX capabilities for this job then it would be great and I'll purchase it  :). I leave you this link on 4050 specs as well.

Ok, so I can make a "conference" call via this AVM router using my old home phone (that's not an IP phone) calling a certain cell phone and then a third smartphone could join the call; is all right?
