What are some the best device brands to best gather/optimize weak Wifi signal then  converting it to ethernet cable, whose main aim is to shift the hard works on computer's Wifi adapter and heavy ADC and/or program processings which produces high watt and heat, to this device

Or

How to modify/tweak that electronic function itself inside the computer to be far more efficient ?

The best device for this is known as a "cable".

Snottyness aside, you really need to think very hard about getting a wired connection all the way. What stops you from doing that? Solve that instead.

A better option if you're having difficulty is usually to deploy more access points, and setup EAP with fast roaming (802.11r). If you're talking about a fixed installation such as a desktop PC, a Yagi antenna or 'cantenna' pointed at your AP? Or just go wired which will not only save you heat/power but improve your throughput and give far lower latency.

I also always consider a focused beam first at option list..

A bullet radio with a focus can do 25dbi enough to go 4 or 5 walls of concrete.. some rebar

Cheap and industry standard better than yaggysss... a bit big con

Perhaps consider a wireless bridge?

I've had good experiences with Ubiquiti's AirMax NanoStationM series. When I've deployed them, it was for a stationary setup and they were on both ends. If you can only place one where your computer is (and not at the other end where the Internet or main network is originating) you need to make sure you get a model that can connect to regular Wi-Fi as a client. Some of Ubiquiti's models will only communicate with their corresponding bridge and not general Wi-Fi access points.

If you decide you just want to do some experimenting, you might not have to buy a new router/AP to do that.
Do you have an old Broadcom-based router lying around?

Some of the better free, open source firmware such as FreshTomato and DD-WRT enable a router to act as a wireless client. If you start with a good used router that has external antennae, you might just be able to use that kind of setup.
