Just above the top right corner of the posts, there is a Notify button.
That does it....

Thanks for help.
"Watch Thread" button would be better, but have to get used to this method.
Suppose another method would be to save Thread's URL in Favourites, in EEV Folder on my computer.

no need to bookmark the thread, use notify and bookmark this address instead:
https://www.eevblog.com/forum/profile/?area=notification
You get 1 email if the thread is updated and only when you read the new post while logged in will it reset and send mails again.
