Adding options to polls by other users?

Can it be setup, so that other users can add options?

I don't think this should be enabled. In my view, the original poster "owns" the poll question and the answering options. If you think there's an option missing, write them a post or a personal message asking for it to be added.

Messing directly with the answering options in someone else's poll would not be that far removed from having the right to edit their posts. I could see some interesting ideas for vandalism there...
