Cheap Digital Oscilloscopes

Digital Oscilloscope ATTEN ADS1102CAL

I wounder if you could review the above oscilloscope made in China. It costs around 300 UK pounds. I am looking for a 100Mhz Digital Oscilloscope that is cheap and fully featured, which is reliable with good instructions if possible. In terms of cheapness around 300 to 400 UK pounds. Is the above oscilloscope any good.It is being currently being sold on ebay.

Make sure you are in the top of the forum "EEVblog Electronics Community Forum" and search for "ADS1102CAL"  You will get about 23 threads that mention it.  You alslo may want to search for the Rigol DS1052E and DS1102E both very popular scopes on this forum.  You must be at the top of the forum to do a complete search.  It only searches the  level you are on.
