Daily Form notifications

I'm getting daily e-mails from EEVBlog saying
"Below is a summary of all activity in your subscribed boards and topics at EEVblog Electronics Community Forum today. To unsubscribe please visit the link below."

But there have been 0 updates to anything I have posted on for several weeks.  Why am I getting these notices and how can I unsubscribe? I see no unsubscribe when I click the link despite the text about unsubscribing.

Under Profile "Notifications" I have exactly 1 thread subscribed too, but no one has posted in 3 weeks to it. I have the three boxes at the top checked, but as I read these this would subscribe me when I post or for general forum announcements (from Dave?) "When sending notification of a reply to a topic, send the post in the email" never worked I just got blank notifications. 

It seems I should not get daily notices unless there is activity on my threads. What could I be missing? How do I stop this?

Under profile, account settings, modify, notifications

Try turning all of these off

Receive forum newsletters, announcements and important notifications by email.
Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.
When sending notification of a reply to a topic, send the post in the email (but please don't reply to these emails.)
