Dave, Is Alternatezone down? or discontinued?

Hi Dave,

I was just about to point a beginner at the excellent PCB design guide but
https://www.alternatezone.com/electronics/files/PCBDesignTutorialRevA.pdf

is giving 503 error, Service Unavailable.

Perhaps the site has been retired? Or does the hamster just need waking up?
