Design subboard?

I was wondering if a subboard for discussion about design might be useful?

Its hard to define in a rigid fashion but we know it when we see it. And when its there and changes the world we live in,  its great.

It adds value.. It makes using a product fun, or even life changing. Once in a very great while it changes all of society..

(Like the Macintosh did, for example, stuff like that.)
