Display my local time when browsing forum?

Is there a way to show my local time when browsing the forum? I know this is possible with some forum software, but I haven't been able to find it on here.  :-//

You should live, as I do, in a place that is UTC+12 half the year (so just flip the forum's am/pm) and UTC+13 the other half.
