A favorite radio show I catch once in a while has guests on that are alumni or grad student, phds or the like. Anyway the show concentrates on the student's habits and insights while they were undergrads (i.e. years 1-4 of university). It's interesting to hear stories of kids that played video games so much they got booted from school with all failing grades but then turned it around and figured out how to study and learn and graduated with top honors in engineering, etc.
My suggestion is to invite a student to the lab, do a brief intro, talk about their study habits, talk about their studies and then cover those areas that have challenged them or that were their favorite EE topics. Maybe you give them some schwag for their visit. You seem a natural to get along well with students, you're a natural teacher. Maybe once a month? To be honest you look a little bored lately in your vids, some interaction with the younger generation might add some energy to the place.
