Move EEVblab forum up one line

Not a suggestion for future blogs, but for the forum:
IMHO it would be more logical to have all "Dave's productions" forum areas together so I'd move the EEVblab area up one place in the forum list (or perhaps move Buy/Sell/wanted two places down, to keep also AmpHour together)
