How do I get unbanned?

I was banned for life from logging in with my other computer.  I've tried emailing, but no response.
What other recourse do I have?

I had that happen to me, too. I thought it was because I had my VPN running.  Now that I am in on my laptop (I need to check the desktop again, should be the same IP since I turned the VPN off), I'm thinking there was a bug this morning. 

I ran into this on another forum that I believe either uses the same software or server company (Woodnet.com) but was able to get back into there within a few minutes of turning off my VPN (which is why I thought it was originally a VPN issue, but this forum still banned me even a couple hours after turning off the VPN).

I tried a few hours ago, after posting the above, and my desktop was still banned.  Not sure why my laptop can get through.  I might need to clear out the browswer cache.

Got the same message yesterday when I left the VPN running and logged in.
Cleared the cookies cache on the browser and turned VPN off and all was OK.
Looks like a server along the way sends a banned message based on apparent IP or a software bug at the forum's end.
The message is pretty  too....

Yep, clearing the cache and cookies out now allow me to access on my desktop.  I agree that this stinks that you can't have a vpn on and access the site.  There ARE legitimate reasons for using a vpn besides spamming.

I'm back. The problem appears to be resolved.
