Maybe put "advertising rate sheet" in the subject or something, if you didn't already.

Or he might see this thread, if he does, what is your company name?

Had read the post and sent email to Dave's contact provided by the page twice, unfortunately no response. :-[

had sent two mails to Mr. Dave on Feb. 12th 2023 and yesterday March 2nd.

maybe they were in spam folder and ignore. Accordingly we have to try our luck on posting here. :-[
