Last year I could not get any notifications when using my Office365 hosted company email, so I switched to using a gmail address that forwards it on.
The blacklisting causing this last year may have since been fixed, but as people incorrectly flag lots of subscription emails as spam it could reappear at any time.
The fun part is if you change your forum email address you must validate the new email address to log in, which you cannot do if you don't get the validation email. I had to get Dave to manually fix it, and so I have just left my account using the gmail address.
