Minor issues on website

Just went over debugger to eevblog and noticed few things:
1)https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.12.4-wp/jquery.min.js is called, it is 404, probably need to be updated
2)Some of ads are also set incorrectly, 404 too, URI https://ad.doubleclick.net/N4250/adi/EEVBlog;sz=300x250;ord=3612868668099729?
3)onejs?MarketPlace=US:1 Error : adType is not defined , it is referring amazon marketplace, so probably this might affect some of amazon advertising?
4)Some woocommerce javascript errors

It is not causing any visible issues, but probably might affect advertising renevue, referrals or etc.
