"New replies to your posts" missing?

For some reason the "new replies to your posts" link is missing. Is it user configurable? What could have moved/removed it? Is it a forum thing that changed? Or operator error and I'm not doing something correctly?

Click the down arrow at the upper right. Link for new replies will be on the left.
