Definitely there, it's for stuff you are working on, that's what the description says.

Now, there isn't much IC design going on here and you may or may not get responses, but
a) I know there are a few IC designers on this forum so there is that
b) occasionally students asked IC homework questions and such topics wouldn't be entirely unprecedented ;)
