I finally got off my arse and sent the parts away for assembly.
No ETA yet, but I'd expect within 2 weeks.

Where do you get your assembly done? Do you use a quickturn assembler or some china manufacture? I find that some of the quick turn assemblers are crazy high on price and china doesn't want to assemble such small runs (unless it is for approvals before my production runs). I usually end up hand assembling small runs.
