Web caching gone wrong?

Every now and then I have a peek at the main site:

https://www.eevblog.com/

Lately it has happened  a few times that I did not see an update of video's for a week or more, and then some day multiple video's seem to get posted.

Latest was #1334 and #1335 apparently posted on the same day, while if you look at the "date", then #1334 was posted "5 days ago" while #1335 was "3 days ago".

I'm not too versed in web stuff, but I assume the website is being cached somewhere between Austraia and Europe, and something with the caching is going wrong.
