Thankyou.  Linux appimage works great, I opened one of my old QUCS saves and it simulated it perfectly.  Woohoo, this makes me so happy, going to play and find out what has changed in the UI and if the solver is as cranky as Qucscator was.   ^-^ ^-^ ^-^

EDIT: It just plowed through simulating an oscillator that would upset Qucscator every time.  *wild cheering noises*
