Saw this on reddit, re-posted here if anyone is interested.
The Focal Camera is an open-source modular camera prototyping system.
By offering these designs free for non-commercial use by anyone we strive to improve the ability of making handmade cameras for everyone. It allows for complex cameras that might seem daunting at first, such as SLRs, stereo or panoramic cameras and countless others, including even custom lens design.

:palm: why people keep got sucked up by "lego like" zigzagged wood connection design? why use drill and nail or glue is not neat? :palm: anyway good OSHW objective though. one thing they need to learn, to get world class optic and image edge to edge quality, it needs to be polished, laminated and cleaned in vaccum space, just to let people know of the reality...
