SixD:
I was planning to do pic18f4550 based arduino. i have tested pinguino but i don't get it to work.
westfw:
See "USB Bit Whacker"
But it might be easier to figure out what went wrong with your pinguino...
SixD:
I checked it out but it was for pic18f2550. The pic18f4550 has more I/O.

What doesn't work? e.g.
* You can't install the software
* The software does not compile
* After programming the bootloader on to the device you can't program the device
* You can compile programs and program the device through the bootloader however the programs do not run as expected

The pic18f2550 and pic18f4550 share the same datasheet and are BOTH supported by pinguino. e.g. http://wiki.pinguino.cc/index.php/PIC18F4550_Pinguino
SixD:
The problem with pinguino is that I can't upload software to the board via pinguino ide.
