Nicely done.   :-+

I would fully recommend this as a first introduction to someone wanting to learn about PCBs!  It sticks to the basics and by not getting caught up in details that aren't essential on a first outing, a clear understanding is offered.

This is just as well as I am sure there will be some newcomers that will be stunned at the scale and complexity of it all.

I actually think 8yo Sagan will love this, I'll be sure to show it to him.

I think he would too.

I know I caught the E bug when I was 8 ... and neither of my parents had ever handled a soldering iron - let alone a wall of scopes.

.... and we a far more tech savvy society than we were 50 years (or so) ago.   ::)
