First problem I see with this is not everyone has access to the articles as they are behind a paywall (Ieeexplore)
If you don’t provide any explanation on the subject and how you constructed the code form the paper I fail to see how this thing can be useful
If someone is already proficient enough in matlab to understand the code he can implement the paper’s code by himself, if you show a beginner (at whom I think the blog is targeted) the finished code it’s useless since A) he probably won’t understand it
B) won’t know how you got to it from the paper
I disagree with you filssavi, first, not everybody looking for something in the forum is a newbie. Second, it's useful to have access to a database of codes in a certain application as it can save a lot of time coding, is usually simpler and faster read a code that's working and figure out how it was done (if it's well writen) than making one from scratch. I find this link very useful, would be nicer to have free access to full papers, sure, but codes are still good and useful.
This also make papers you have access and code is here to be more useful as well, but I guess you find out from the paper and not here.
