I can see from the thumbnail that capacitor is failed, the top is tented.

Huh? Any capacitor that has bulged like that is clearly faulty. The first 30 seconds of the video says as much.

I mean it is not good to just judge based on thumbnail, the video talks about 3 different cases, and bulgy is one of them
