Teadown of some air traffic control consoles from the RAF (UK)
« on: January 25, 2025, 02:25:31 pm »
I thought I'd post a couple of videos (via my blog) of taking apart several units from the Royal Air Force's now decommissioned air traffic control system. It's early 90's tech and doesn't contain much other than a few LED drivers and a microcontroller plus an LCD but someone might find it interesting.

If that doesn't spark your interest there's some more oddball military electronics & avionics teardown articles below that.
