caution i'm an electrician not a web designer!!
Also its in a early stage (pages under construction)

Well, you're on your way !! congrats. Plenty of free wysiwyg web programs out there, and free templates. Some ISPs even have large inventories of
templates. Onwards !!

Tried two different browesers, and this is the furthest I got:
