Read the comments to see a bunch of complaints that the video was missing from subscriptions. It's easy to blame Youtube for that, but could it be possible that some setting was wrong when the video was uploaded. (Can someone confirm?)
If that problem starts becoming more common, might be time to write a script that polls the upload lists looking for new uploads...
