Hi

Last month, I got Analog Discovery 2 from Digilent, and I decided to make a review.

I hope this article be helpful to anyone looking to buy a multi-function instrument device.

Nice review.

For anyone starting out in electronics (and a lot that have already started) one of these is a no-brainer and replaces a lot of boat anchors.

One thing I noticed, in your review of the Impedance Analyzer function, you are actually scanning from 10Hz to 20KHz, not 20 Hz to 25 MHz as stated in the text.

Thanks, that's true. I will correct that typo.

Also, you might not have noticed but you can use the WaveForms software with your sound card...  (i.e. no AD2 hardware at all)...   I tried that with a high quality sound card and it is an awesome way to get 24 bit / 192KHz sample rates for working at high precision with audio frequencies, for example!  (Better than the AD2 at audio)
