Title: Errors highlight background colour change (in Netbeans)
Post by: ricko_uk on November 10, 2021, 04:31:21 pm
Hi,
I tried every combination I could think of to change the background highlight colour of errors in Netbeans but couldn't. It used to be bright red but now it is either not highlighted at all or has the same background colour as the rest of the editing window's (dark blue) so cannot see the errors.

See attached picture where it says "reload this one too here?" without the commenting in front of it.

Any suggestion which one is the option?

Thank you :)

Did you really need 3 different threads about related issues with Netbeans? Just wondering...

Sorry  :-[
When in the past - in other forums - in similar situations (i.e. related but different questions) I kept adding to the same thread, I was told off and to create a new thread for each separate question even if related to a previous one. Apparently that is so other people can more easily find solutions to the same problem just by reading the thread title which is also indexed by the search engines.

So got into that habit. Will try to avoid in the future, hopefully will not then be told off again by someone else for doing that :)
