if you really care about android why not search IDEs specific for it?

imho android UI is very different from full fledged OS like Windows or iOS/Linux. if you are thinking to do a single easy job/project, ie a set of code/GUI that works for both, it can looks good in Android but funny in Windows. no?

I was hoping it would look ok on both. But even if it doesn't for the time being it is just for my own lab use. Hence the reason for trying to find something quick and simple to learn for this specific application.
