Title: How to reset macro cell in Exilink XC2C256 VQG100 C

Having a problem that Exilink XC2C256 VQG100 C macro cell became volatile after accidentally disconnect the power, are there any way to reset the chip so it can be program again. This chip use in conjuntion with dram as4c16m16s 7tcn and adsp-bf531sbstz400.
