I've decided to move on from my TL866CS programmer, partly because it doesn't support ICSP.
Now I have a new problem. The DLL file containing all of the ICs does not work, and I assume it is caused by bad programming, according to this: http://www.nullsecurity.org/article/minipro_reverse_engineering_the_infoic_dll (http://www.nullsecurity.org/article/minipro_reverse_engineering_the_infoic_dll)
I've tried to use a few changes, or even roll back to an older version, but my Windows XP rig will not accept it.
Is there any way to get this to work?
I really need this, not just for chip programming, but also to get my Arduino-powered 3D printer back up and running again. (Hence why I need ICSP)

Hi. I have TL866CS too, but I never tried to update this. I think you choose a hard way, resulting to errors in chip-programming. Because TL866 has protection from hackers.
I'm using my own programmer instead, that in the neighbour topic. All 8-bit AVR is easily supported. You can DIY it and get a big enjoy. :)
All you need is Arduino mini-board with any usb-uart bridge, I will provide help to you step by step and this will be tutorial fof others.
