9mm rotary encoders similar to alpha RV09 pots?

Hi

Is anyone familiar with a rotary encoder that is similar to these alpha potentiometers?

I like how these small pots dont require a knob. Finding affordable, good looking, pointless knobs with a similar look, feel, and price to the ones I currently use on my products has been quite a pain!

Try Tyco DP12 or DPL12 series.
